Trip to the orchard

Mom already posted this but I thought I would add my own pictures as well. A couple weeks ago I stumbled across a post on one of my coupon blogs about Terhune Orchards Apple day. It looked like it would be a fun activity to do with Kira so I called Mom last minute and asked her if she and Dad wanted to go with me. I was surprised when she called back and said they would come. They don't usually do things on the fly like that. They are both planners but I was of course excited to have their company! 

It was a beautiful day 

 We got there right as it opened so it was not very crowded, which I liked very much.

 Kira isn't growing up in the country, so I'm doing my best to expose her to the "barnyard animals" when I can. She didn't quite know what to make of this goat.

 She got to have a pony ride which, by the way, who doesn't love a pony ride????

 Of course she wanted to ride by herself! Haha!

 Cider doughnuts, yummmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!

 Hayride around the farm. It was a fun little trip!
