Lately I have really been getting good use out of my vitamix. I go through phases, first I was really into a spinach, blueberry, oat, flax, banana and strawberry smoothie. Then I got into a spinach and Swiss chard, banana, pineapple, mango, oat and flax smoothie, yum! My current smoothie of choice is a spinach (interchangeable with any green), 1/2 lemon, 1/2 banana, parsley, cilantro, 1/2 apple, and pear smoothie! Yuuuuummmmmmmm! First thing I have been doing when I get up in the morning is get up and fill my 22 oz water bottle with juice from 1/2 lemon plus 1 tsp apple cider vinegar and the rest with water. Then I drink it all! I wake up thirsty and this is a nice routine. After that, I make my smoothie! Yum yum!
I'm very close to being done my paper, chapter four is almost completed and will be turned in on oct 30 and the final chapter is due the end of nov! Yeah! I handed in my graduation application last week so I will be walking VERY pregnant come dec!
