Finished just in time!

I realized I never posted our finished pics of the basement after we moved all the furniture in so I better do that before the baby comes cause I won't have time then!

Here's the hallway looking into the bedroom. I was able to find cheap pergo to almost exactly match the steps.

Kind if a catch all at this point and we gave Amy the desk for Chase but we had nowhere to store it anyway and I am glad it is going to good use. Recognize the piano? ;)

Our humongous bedroom! What a nice change! 

We don't have much on the walls but we are out of funds so we will have to do finishing touches as we save up some more. I do love how it turned out and am so glad it's done finally! 

I should also mention that T is very happy we finally have enough room to display the cedar chest from mom and dad. This is one of his favorite pieces of furniture. Originally covered with blue fabric, I found this fabric to match the current decor and we stapled it in place. Voila!
