Post-Op Appointment

Today was my post operative appointment and I was really excited to get this balloon catheter out! T and K went with me, since dear Mom has been sick, we thought it would be best not to expose her to Mom and Dad's germs. Once the catheter was removed, we had a quick chat with Dr P. He showed us the pictures they took of the uterus, both before and after the procedure. We also got to see a picture of the tissue that came out after they cut away the scar tissue, which was A LOT, I couldn't believe that was all in me. Then they sent the tissue away to be analyzed and he let me know today the results showed that the tissue contained chorionic villus, that is, products of conception! Amazing to think that my body did not absorb the tissue and even after the D&C I had in June it still remained. Per doctors orders, we will have to wait two cycles to start trying. The doctor is very hopeful, and feels we should have no trouble conceiving now, since the uterus looks completely clear now. Please continue to pray with me! I am thankful for healing and that my body is finally getting back to normal after all this!
